4000年以上の歴史を持つ日本の重要湿地の一つ。雪解けのころから開花するミズバショウ、晩夏のサワギキョウまでたくさんの花に出会える場所。アップダウンのない木道を歩くコースでどなたでも気軽に参加出来ます。水面に映る「逆さ富士」も人気です。
